Laurelwood COVID19 Policy
Dear Resident(s),
We at Laurelwood would like to say Thank You - for being understanding towards our staff and our neighbors. This is a very difficult time for all of us to navigate through and it is more than appreciated.
At this time, the Rental Office, the Community Room and Fitness Center are Closed until further notice. We are happy to help via email (amy@laurelwood.com) or phone call (724-776-4840).
We have housekeeping in our buildings daily wiping door handles, mailboxes, railings and laundry equipment. We will continue to try to keep our hallways as clean and sanitized as best we can.
Please remember, at this time we will not be in the office to accept any packages. If you are looking for a package you will need to contact the carrier UPS, FED EX, Ect..
Social distancing is key:
Taking cues from the CDC and various city ordinances, social distancing should always be practiced to help minimize the spread of the virus when you are at the community or just running to the grocery store. This includes trying to keep a 6’ distance between you and others.
Just a few changes at this time, all non-emergency maintenance requests will have to be held off, until further notice. In the details below, you will see what constitutes as an emergency.

As of March 19, 2020, we will be temporarily deferring non-emergency maintenance requests.
The requests below are considered emergency service requests and will be handled as quickly as possible:
- Heater not heating and outside temperature is below 68 degrees
- Toilet overflowing or not flushing – We will gladly drop a new plunger at your door for you
- Bathtub not draining
- No hot water
- Garbage disposal not working – if water is backing up in sink
- Refrigerator not working
- Stove not working
- Water leaks
- Electrical power out
